Our Story...

The Loft Job started as a part time handyman and odd job service, run by husband-and-wife team Rebecca & Scott. What began with fixing shelves and assembling furniture soon grew into a full time gig for helping homeowners make the most of their space – and we quickly realised the untapped potential hiding in the loft!

With more and more clients asking for loft boarding, our expertise in this area grew and we decided to make raised loft boarding our specialism. Today, loft boarding is our core focus, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, practical storage solutions that unlock the hidden space in your home.

Who We Are

• Scott – The hands-on expert behind the installations. With a background in suspended ceilings and partitions, working across the UK, Scott moved to a local award winning construction company to be closer to family. Here he studied for further site carpentry qualifications and expanded his general building knowledge. During this time he started Odd Job Scott and has gained a strong and loyal returning client base.
• Rebecca – The friendly voice behind the scenes. Rebecca handles all the admin, sales and marketing, from bookings to customer service, making sure your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.

Good to Know

• We also have an incredibly strong team working with us, supporting us with electrics and multi-trade jobs. They have all been handpicked for their excellent workmanship and honest work ethic.
• We are CRB checked and fully insured.
